Recreating an embroideries from this BCBG Maxazaria dress-Part 3: from start to finish! My customer asked me mend rips in an old dress that she bought with her first paycheck ever. The fabric was very thin and as I started mending it kept deteriorating. We decided to create patches over the large mended areas that I designed from the original embroidery on the dress. It was a long process and although I wish I was able to find the exact fabric to match, I was happy with the results!
